Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

We ship to addresses within CANADA & U.S.

Gexpress Courier is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Returns:

 We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

Refunds:

Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:
